Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We are working on international shipping and will announce it here when it is available.

How long it takes
Every piece is sourced to order rather than held in a warehouse. Orders are expected to arrive within 7–14 days from the date of purchase. This covers sourcing from our maker in India and delivery to your address. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping rates
Standard shipping is a flat $8.00. Standard shipping is free on orders of $70.00 or more. Shipping options and any applicable charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Where your order ships from
Our jewelry is handcrafted in India and ships from there to you.

Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it is dispatched.

Delays
Customs processing, carrier delays and events outside our control can affect delivery. If your order has not arrived within 14 days, email us at dollardaze09@yahoo.com and we will trace it.

Returns
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. See our refund policy for details.
